Established in  1991, SilCoTec focused its initial efforts on manufacturing silicone rubber color masterbatches for Dow Corning’s compounding plants in Indiana, Connecticut and California.  While supplying Dow Corning exclusively until 2002, SilCoTec expanded its custom mixing expertise into manufacturing silicone rubber additives, modifiers and eventually compounds.  In 2002, SilCoTec became a Channel Partner with Dow Corning and has since offered its experience and technical expertise to the general market. SilCoTec has continued its close relationship with Dow Corning, and now also supplies customers throughout North America, Europe and Asia with color masterbatches, additives, modifiers and compounds.
