These additives are fully supported by pre-testing to USP, EP and ISO standards and manufactured under ISO13485:2016 protocols at several sites across the globe.
Mevopur Healthcare Functional Additives cover a wide range of functionalities such as friction reduction, gamma sterilization protection, UV protection for transparent packaging, radiopacity, reduction of static build-up, low retention properties, and clarifying of transparent applications. Additive solutions that support increased sustainability are also available, including additives for ink-free laser marking and adhesive-free laser-welding assembly, chemical foaming agents to reduce material use, and solutions based on biopolymers.
These functional additives are available as masterbatches, compounds, or combination solutions where the additive is included with the desired color into a single concentrate or compound solution for convenience.
